Estate Divided - Richard Harrison

[The] Estate of Richard Harrison decd of [Middletowne][Parish] of Yorke by Mr. Napier & Mr. Lyman accordinge to the ords of Court held the 20th Decembr 166[4].

The widows thirds is thus sett downe, it thus ordered: That the widow take
fully into her possession the man servt & the hourse wch is one third & the boy
servt. & the mare Colt [ ] another Third & the mare wch is the next third;
wch thirds tht belongs to the widow is the Boy & the mare Colt & for the other
two parts the widow is ordered to be Debtor to her Children the Sume of
Thirty foure pounds sterl. The widowe is further to [ ] Indebted to
The Children twenty shillings for their parts of the [house] F[urniture] wch makes
The Sume in all thirty five pound to each Child alike pportion:
Bedinge: the widows part Beddinge is her own Feather bed,
Sheets, wth the furniture belonginge to itt: The widows part of the Sheets is
Three sheets & for table Linen it is orderd by the dividers that the Widow doe
Enjoy itt all & be Accomptable to her Children the value of two Napkins
A piece which is their full due. The widows third of the pewter is two
Dishes, one small Bason [three? - torn] plates, 4 pinte potts, 1 Candle Cupp 1
Salt Seller, 2 porringers, 1 Saser, 10 Spoones, 1 Skimmer [torn] Bastinge
Ladle: Iron: the widows thirds is the middle pott, 1 greate Skellett,
1 Iron Kettle, [torn] Frying pan, 1 pre of Tongues, 2 pre of pothooks, 1
wedge, 1 pestle, 1 Chest, 1 Gunn old: The [widow] thirds of these things
followinge is this: 7 Milke Trays, 1 Cheese Fatt & Cover, 1 pre of [Bellows]
1 hand saw, 1 pre of hinges, 1 new hatchet, 1 Grubbing hoe new, more
To the widow 3 pre of shooes & two pre of hose Cattle: Nightingale &
Her Calfe, Mopers & her Calfe Ladey, gentle, 1 blacke Steare, Eight
Hoggs wth no marke but the Eare Mrke: this is all the widows thirds.

John Harrisons part is thus: 2 three yeare old Heifers & 1 Cowe yearelinge
